Return and Refund Policy
Last Updated: January 1, 2025
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@verik.co.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Verik
1812 NOTTINGHAM SW
WINTER HAVEN, FL 33880
United States
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to our error.
You can always contact us for any return question at support@verik.co.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items explicitly marked FINAL SALE
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Discounted or sale-priced items are eligible for return unless they are explicitly marked FINAL SALE.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started. After that, the order can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return once you receive the item, subject to this policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@verik.co.
